Allen-Bradley 1784-KT2 Programming Interface Communication Module

Allen-Bradley 1784-KT2 Programming Interface Communication Module is a microchannel interface that lets an IBM PS/2 PC act as an active node on the Data Highway Plus network to connect with PLC-2 and PLC-3 (and PLC-5 family) controllers. It provides a single-cable link from the PC to the controller and is designed for use with 6200 programming software when paired with Allen-Bradley 6001-F1E2 software, enabling programming and data exchange on DH+ networks. As part of the 1784 family, the KT2 sits between the personal computer and AB DH+ hardware to facilitate PC-based access to legacy AB controllers.
