The Allen-Bradley 22D-D012N104 PowerFlex 40P AC Drive delivers 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) of variable-frequency drive power for three-phase AC motors, enabling precise speed and torque control in industrial motor control systems. It accepts 480V AC, 3-phase input at 50/60 Hz, provides about 12 A output, and features RS485 built-in communication, an integrated keypad with LED display, and an IP20/open enclosure suitable for panel-mount installation (Frame C). Common applications include conveyors, pumps, fans, and material handling equipment in manufacturing plants, water treatment facilities, HVAC systems, and automated production lines where energy efficiency and process control matter.
