Allen-Bradley 22F-D4P2N103 AC Variable Frequency Drive

Allen-Bradley 22F-D4P2N103 PowerFlex 4M AC Drive provides continuous-duty, V/Hz motor speed control for three-phase AC motors, delivering 1.5 kW (2 HP) with 380–480 VAC three-phase input and 0–460 VAC output at up to 4.2 A and 0–400 Hz. This IP20 open-type frame A unit uses a panel-mount enclosure and features a fixed LED keypad with integral potentiometer for straightforward machine-level tuning, plus built-in RS-485 communication (DSI Protocol) for easy integration into automation networks. The drive supports true V/Hz control with a 50/60 Hz input range and a wide output frequency range, making it suitable for conveyors, pumps, fans, compressors, packaging equipment, mixers, and material handling machinery in OEM and retrofit applications. Designed for compact, reliable operation in manufacturing, HVAC, water and wastewater facilities, and other industrial automation environments where simple programming and robust performance are required, it is commonly used when a compact, cost-effective variable frequency solution is needed. Brake IGBT is not included, and mounting is panel-based to fit standard control enclosures.
