Allen-Bradley 25B-D024N114 Variable Frequency Drive

The Allen-Bradley 25B-D024N114 PowerFlex 525 AC Drive provides 11 kW (15 HP) of variable-speed control for 3-phase AC motors in mid-to-high power automation applications. It accepts 480 V AC, 3-phase input and delivers variable frequency and voltage to the motor, using V/Hz and sensorless vector control with a programmable 0–60 Hz output range, plus built-in diagnostics, motor protection, and status feedback. The drive is panel- or enclosure-mounted and supports optional communications modules (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, etc.) to integrate with automation networks. Common applications include conveyors, pumps, fans, compressors, and general machine automation across manufacturing lines, material handling, HVAC, and water/wastewater facilities.
