The Allen-Bradley 2711-B5A8 PanelView 550 is a 5.5-inch monochrome blue-mode HMI terminal that combines a touchscreen with a membrane keypad for operator input, part of the PanelView Standard family designed for DH+ networks. It provides DH+ communication and a dedicated RS-232 printer port, is powered from AC mains, and runs firmware release FRN 4.41, with a backlit blue-mode LCD rated for long service life of up to 100,000 hours. Commonly used with Rockwell Automation PLCs in DH+ networks to connect with SLC 500, PLC-5, and MicroLogix families, the input interface is rated for up to 1 million actuator cycles.
