Allen-Bradley 2711P-RN6 PanelView Plus HMI Display

The Allen-Bradley 2711P-RN6 PanelView Plus DH+/DH-485 Communication Module is a remote I/O communication option designed for PanelView Plus 700-1500 terminals (and PanelView Plus CE), enabling DH+ and DH-485 connectivity in distributed automation architectures. As a dedicated DH+ and DH-485 interface, the RN6 provides a remote I/O port that allows the PanelView Plus HMI to exchange data with remote I/O devices on the same control network, supporting real-time status updates and command signaling across the plant floor. The module uses a shielded Twinaxial Cable connection (1770-CD) for remote I/O wiring, aligning with Rockwell's remote I/O wiring practices, and it is designed to be used with PV+ 700-1500 systems to consolidate I/O and HMI communication in a single enclosure.
