Allen-Bradley 800H-BR9A Pushbutton With Extended Head
Allen-Bradley 800H-BR9A Pushbutton With Extended Head
Description:
The Allen-Bradley 800H-BR9A is a 30 mm momentary pushbutton with an extended head, finished in yellow for high-visibility operation, and it is non-illuminated. It accepts the standard 800H contact block (800T-XA) configured as 1 normally open and 1 normally closed, enabling compact start/stop or interlock signaling in a single device. The actuator is plastic with an extended-head design, and wiring uses screw-terminals (no finger-safe covers) within a 30.5 mm mounting hole. It is rated for up to 600 V AC or DC and a thermal current of 10 A, with AC-15 and DC-13 utilization categories, making it suitable for a range of control circuits. Durability is evident in a mechanical life of 10 million cycles for the operator and a contact-block life of 1,000,000 cycles at max load, with tightening torque of 6–8 in-lb (0.7–0.9 N·m) for the block. Built for harsh environments, the 800H-BR9A is compatible with NEMA 1, 4, 4X, 12, and 13 enclosures and withstands shocks up to 25 G and vibrations up to 10 G, with operating temperature down to -25 °C and storage down to -40 °C (50% humidity). Certifications include UL, CSA, CE, ABS, CCC, EAC, and GOST, reflecting broad industrial acceptance. This extended-head, yellow pushbutton is ideal for panel-mounted control stations and signaling applications that require a highly visible, robust momentary input with a 1NO/1NC configuration.
