Allen-Bradley 800HL-PPT16M Industrial PLC Module

Allen-Bradley 800HL-PPT16M is a hazardous-location Type 7/9 pilot-light push-to-test (PPT) button module from the 800HL family, designed for panel mounting with a 30.5 mm hole and screw-terminal connections. It includes a front ring, a 1 normally open and 1 normally closed contact block, and a 120 V AC incandescent lamp with a push-to-test pilot-light function; the lens uses a multi-color insert pack (amber, blue, green, red, white) for clear status indication. The device uses a transformer or dual-input power module and is rated for 120 V AC (50/60 Hz) with a maximum operating voltage of 600 V (dielectric strength 2200 V); electrical life is up to 1,000,000 cycles at maximum rated load (200,000 cycles for Logic Reed variants), and operating temperature ranges from −20 °C to 40 °C (storage −40 °C). This model is discontinued as of September 30, 2024, with the replacement 800HL-PPTH16M recommended.
