Allen-Bradley 800T-QMH2G Push Button Mushroom Head

The Allen-Bradley 800T-QMH2G is a 30 mm illuminated momentary push button with a mushroom-head operator, designed for high-visibility control in industrial panels. It features a 30.5 mm mounting hole and green LED illumination powered by a full‑voltage module that accepts 12–130 V AC/DC. The contact block is configured for 1 normally open and 1 normally closed contact and uses screw-terminals for 14–18 AWG conductors (x2, one for the switch and one for the illumination). The operator cap is green and measures 40 mm, with the mushroom head optimizing tactile feedback. This device is rated for enclosure compatibility with NEMA 1, 4, 12, and 13, and offers up to 1,000,000 electrical cycles at max load and a mechanical life of at least 250,000 cycles. Termination torque is specified at 6–8 in-lb, and finger-safe terminal guards are not included by default. Suitable for momentary-control applications such as start/stop and process-control panels, the 800T-QMH2G provides clear visibility and reliable illumination to indicate active status in demanding industrial environments.
