Allen-Bradley 808-J2 Speed Switch

Allen-Bradley 808-J2 Speed Switch is a low-speed speed-sensing switch (Bulletin 808) that outputs a dry-contact signal when a driven shaft reaches a user-set speed, enabling precise speed monitoring and sequencing in industrial equipment. The J2 variant uses normally open contacts, mounts on a 3-point flange, and is rated for up to 600V AC and 5 A. For this model, the speed setting is adjustable in the 15 to 80 rpm range, with shaft speeds up to 2000 rpm supported by the 808 family, and an optional safety lock-out solenoid is available. The 808 family carries UL-listed status and CE, CSA, and UKCA certifications where applicable, and offers multiple mounting configurations to fit machine tools, conveyors, fans, and pumps.
