Allen-Bradley 809S-C1-10A-230 Current Relay

Allen-Bradley 809S-C1-10A-230 MachineAlert is a single-phase current monitoring relay designed to detect abnormal current in 1‑phase circuits and trigger protective actions or alarms for motor protection. It accepts a 1–10 A AC/DC input, runs on 115/230 V AC control power, and provides a SPDT output rated for 2.5 A at 250 V AC (AC-15), enabling direct control of contactors or signaling devices. The compact enclosure measures 22.5 × 80 × 99.5 mm (W × H × D) with screw terminals, and the 230 V version lists an internal resistance of about 3 mΩ. It is IP20-rated for basic protection and supports adjustable time-delay settings, programmable latch or inhibit at the set current, and auto reset; current transformers are available for use with the 809S-C1 relays to tailor sensing to different loads.
