The Allen-Bradley 871T-L8K18 is an 18 mm diameter stainless-steel tubular inductive proximity sensor with an 8 mm sensing distance, engineered to detect metallic targets without physical contact in demanding industrial environments. Operating from a 10–30 V DC supply in a 3-wire configuration, it delivers a normally open, PNP (source) output that wires easily to standard PLC inputs and automation modules.
