Allen-Bradley CH2806 Generator Battery Charger

The Allen-Bradley CH2806 Intelligent Generator Battery Charger provides automatic maintenance charging for standby batteries, keeping engine starting batteries ready for emergency operation. It supports both 12V and 24V DC systems with automatic voltage recognition (auto-transfer between voltages) and delivers 6 A of output current. Designed for panel or enclosure mounting, it accepts ~160–265 VAC input at 40–80 Hz and uses constant current, constant voltage, and float charging to maintain lead-acid, AGM, or GEL batteries. Applications include diesel generator sets, ATS control panels, telecom backup systems, industrial control cabinets, and emergency power installations, with protection features for over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, and reverse polarity and an operating temperature range of approx. -20°C to +50°C.
