The SPDB1-1000 Rotary Speed Encoder Module (Industrial) delivers precise 1000 PPR speed feedback for closed‑loop hydraulic motor control in harsh industrial environments. An incremental quadrature encoder, it provides A, A̅, B, B̅ outputs plus a Zero Pulse and its inverse, enabling reliable direction detection through the quadrature signals. Powered from 24 VDC (9–30 V operating range), it uses push‑pull outputs with a maximum current of ±40 mA and draws about 60 mA typical at 24 V. Its screw‑terminal connection, hollow shaft 16 mm diameter, and anodized aluminum housing give robust mounting on CA, CB, CBP, and CBM hydraulic motors, with IP65 protection. Operating temperature ranges from −20°C to +70°C, storage from −25°C to +80°C. It is certified for hazardous locations with ATEX and IECEx explosion‑proof approvals.
