Allen-Bradley T4K0480YD Light Curtain Transmitter is the sending unit in a safety-light curtain setup from Allen-Bradley. It specifies a 30 mm configuration and a sensing range of 0.3–16 m, suitable for guarding a range of machine hazards in manufacturing environments. Common applications include safeguarding conveyors, presses, and robotic cells where non-contact presence detection is used to help stop machinery when the beam is interrupted.
