Alpha Moisture Systems AMT-DS1200 Dew Point Transmitter

The Alpha Moisture Systems AMT-DS1200 Dew Point Transmitter is a compact, two‑wire, 4‑20 mA loop‑powered solution that pairs the AMT dewpoint transmitter with the DS1200 display for continuous trace moisture monitoring in process gases and dry compressed air. It uses ultra‑high capacitance aluminium oxide sensing technology to measure dewpoint from -120 °C to +20 °C with an accuracy of ±2 °C, and can display or report results in °C or °F dewpoint as well as ppm(V), ppb(V), g/m³, or lb/MMSCF. The DS1200 panel display (IP65/NEMA 4X) supports two programmable alarm relays, a four‑digit LED readout, and a linear 0‑20 or 4‑20 mA isolated retransmission, and can be installed up to 1,000 metres from the transmitter, with optional Exd flameproof enclosure for hazardous environments. Each AMT‑DS1200 system is factory calibrated with a certificate traceable to national and international humidity standards (NPL), and the transmitter’s rugged stainless steel construction is rated for up to 350 bar, with an optional sensor holder/sample cell for easier annual calibration without process interruption.
