AMC FD060-5-EM Servo Drive and Development Board

The FD060-5-EM is a FlexPro embedded servo drive and development board for the FE060-5-EM FlexPro servo drive with IMPACT architecture, designed to simplify connections to a controller, motor, power, and feedback for prototyping and deployment in production environments. It delivers continuous current up to 5 A and peak current up to 10 A, with a DC supply range of 10–55 V and EtherCAT network communication for synchronized control. The compact development-board package measures 114.3 x 91.4 x 28.0 mm and weighs about 181 g, and it supports a wide range of control and feedback options including ±10 V analog, Step & Direction (5 V), encoder following, indexing, jogging, and network control, plus configurable digital and analog I/O. Motor compatibility spans three-phase brushless, single-phase brushed, and stepper motors, with feedback options such as BiSS C-Mode, EnDat 2.2, Hall sensors, incremental encoders, and tachometer signals, and operating modes covering Profile, Cyclic Synchronous, Current, Position, and Velocity, all with Safe Torque Off for safety.
