Amelec ADM230 Industrial Pressure Transmitter

The Amelec ADM230MPX Surface Mounting Pressure Input Transmitter / Isolator converts a 1/4" BSP pressure input into standard process signals with galvanic isolation between input, output, and supply, making it suitable for compact, field-proven pressure monitoring in industrial loops. Pressure ranges span from 0–500 mbar up to 0–1500 bar, accommodating both low- and high-range sensors, with an input configured for pressure in standard installations and options for input downscale or upscale. Output choices include a current source (4–20 mA, up to 20 mA with a typical load up to 550 ohms, drive voltage ~11 V) or a voltage output (1–5 V or 0–10 V with specified minimum loads), and there is an optional trip relay (changeover contacts rated 250 VAC, 2 A, 100 VA) for alarms or interlocks. The device provides up to 500 V DC isolation between input, output, supply, and earth, and claims high accuracy with linearity better than ±0.25% of span and an overpressure limit of twice the rated range. Powering options include 115 VAC or 240 VAC, and 24 V DC or 48 V DC, enabling flexible installation across different plant farms, with mounting via DIN rail TS35 or surface mounting using corner-fixing holes. Operating temperature ranges from -15 to 55°C (with storage -40 to 70°C) and 5–95% RH ambient humidity, while enclosure dimensions are 50 mm wide by 75 mm high by 150 mm deep (surface mounting plate 50×130 mm). Note: the hex retaining nut should be tightened firmly when connecting the pressure line.
