AMETEK 2500EA0A8DX Programmable Limit Switch

The AMETEK Gemco 2500EA0A8DX Programmable Limit Switch is a high-speed resolver-based programmable limit switch (PLS) in the 2500 Series that monitors rotary position and outputs discrete limit signals for automation equipment. Designed for applications across packaging, stamping, and other factory automation tasks, it supports up to 64 programmable channels across the base unit plus expansion modules, with eight limit outputs on the main controller and eight more per expansion module. Each limit output can be programmed to dwell up to six times per rotation, enabling complex on/off timing within a single revolution of the resolver. Setpoints can be defined as Standard, Time-Based, or Linear Speed channels, providing flexible control over when outputs energize or de-energize.
