AMETEK 88D007A2 Pressure Transmitter

AMETEK 88D007A2 Pressure Transmitter is a hazardous-location-rated electronic pressure transmitter in AMETEK’s 88 family, delivering a 4–20 mA current loop in a rugged 316‑SS body. It is designed for explosion-proof and intrinsically safe service, with field-adjustable zero and span (5:1 turndown) and a 12–40 VDC supply. For the standard 88C construction, it uses a ½" female NPT process connection, 316 SS base and diaphragm, and a silicone-oil fill to maintain performance in harsh media. The 88C007A2 variant supports a wide high-range pressure span of 0–600 to 0–3000 psi (0–41 to 0–200 bar) and uses a 4–20 mA output calibrated to the maximum range unless another setting is specified. All 88 transmitters share stainless-steel construction and offshore approvals, including FM and CSA explosion-proof and intrinsic safety certifications, and are manufactured in the USA.
