AMETEK ET-1202L Signal Conditioning Instrumentation
Description:
AMETEK ET-1202L/U dual-trip AC current/voltage alarm, part of the ET-1200 Trip Alarms family, is a two-channel electronic alarm/trip unit designed to monitor AC current and voltage signals and trigger when setpoints are exceeded. Each channel uses a multiturn trip-set potentiometer with clockwise rotation to increase the setting, offering continuous 0–100% adjustment and infinite resolution per trip point. The unit provides two LED indicators to signal alarm conditions and supports isolation between input, output, and power for configurations including 600 VAC or 1000 VDC isolation on AC or isolated DC power versions. Available enclosures include standard surface-mount, A-12 19" rack compatibility, and explosion-proof single-unit variants; FM approvals cover ordinary locations and hazardous locations (Class I Div 1/2, Groups C & D; Class II Groups E, F & G; hazardous-location versions require the explosion-proof housing). Typical operating power is 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, about 5 W; other power-supply options (230 VAC and 24 VDC suffix variants) are available. Trip-point stability and drift meet rigorous requirements, with approximately ±0.5% of span maximum drift over a 50°F ambient change and about ±0.2% typical drift. Net weight is approximately 3.4 lb (1.54 kg).
