Ametek RC1-150 is a 316L stainless-steel Type RC removable‑diaphragm seal designed for ANSI Class 150 service, available with process connections sized for 1/2" or 3/4" to suit standard 150‑lb flange configurations. This RC1‑150 uses a replaceable diaphragm element, retained between two bolted members, which allows field servicing without discarding the seal. The element incorporates integral gaskets with a baked‑on TEFLON finish, and a Viton O‑ring seals the fill‑fluid cavity, helping protect instrumentation from process fluids. The RC family features a nominal diaphragm displacement of 0.07 cubic inches, underscoring its precise, low‑disturbance response.
