AMETEK SC-7404-N Input Module

AMETEK SC-7404-N is a single-input, dual-alarm relay module in the SC-7400 signal conditioner family, designed to interface a universal process signal to two SPDT relays for alarm or trip control. It features a universal input with 0.1% accuracy and supports configuration of input and output ranges, setpoints, deadband, and burnout via software, with no pots or switches to set. The unit provides two independently controllable alarm outputs (dual output) and is powered from 24 VDC, 48 VDC, 110 VDC, or 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz, drawing about 4 VA. It mounts on a DIN base with detachable field wiring for easy replacement, and supports on-site configuration through Windows-based PC software (PC-7400-3) or an optional hand-held configurator. Optional intrinsic safety barriers are available for hazardous environments, and general features include password protection, integrity diagnostics, continuous self-calibration, and EMC immunity.
