AMETEK ZF2-480-40-V Relay

AMETEK ZF2-480-40-V Relay is a solid-state relay power controller in HDR Power Systems’ ZF2 family that switches a 480 V AC load at up to 40 A RMS, designed for heating and process equipment. The -V designation indicates a voltage-control input, with the -V models typically requiring 24 VAC control power; an optional 24 VAC transformer (TX) is available for that purpose, plus options for fuse protection (FK) and heat-sink thermostats (NO/NC). Inside, each controlled phase uses a pair of SCRs connected back-to-back with a zero-cross detector so firing is synchronized to 50/60 Hz, enabling controlled power delivery via a user-supplied control signal (voltage or potentiometer input) depending on configuration.
