Amphenol P28559-E20 Power Boss Cable Assembly

Amphenol PowerBOSS P28559-Mxxx is a 9-position, double-ended cable assembly with static plugs, designed for high-current power and signal distribution in factory automation and motion-control systems. It bundles four power conductors plus protective earth (4 + PE) and four signal conductors (4) in a rugged, over-molded body with a black jacket, terminating with crimped static plugs. The power conductors use 10 AWG wires and the signal conductors use 14 AWG wires. The assembly is UL and CSA listed, rated for up to 40 A in the power portion at 40 C and up to 10 A in the signal portion at 40 C, and operates from -40 C to +125 C. This configuration enables a compact, integrated harness that can mate with Amphenol PowerBOSS receptacles and static-plug interfaces to deliver both power and control signals in a single, robust connection, making it well suited for conveyors, robotics, automated storage and retrieval systems, and other demanding industrial equipment.
