AMSAMOTION 901-3DB30 Isolated Interface Module is a USB/PPI MM MULTIMASTER cable that links a PC USB port to an S7-200 PLC for programming and data exchange. Marketed as the gold-plated isolated version and stated as equivalent to Siemens 6ES7901-3DB30-0XA0, it provides electrical isolation between the PC and the PLC to improve noise immunity and safety. The cable supports the PPI protocol, up to a maximum data rate of 187.5 kbps, and is specified with a 5.6 m length, enabling convenient placement between PC and target device; Freeport is not supported.
