The AD9510BCPZ is Analog Devices’ 1.2 GHz clock distribution IC with eight outputs, designed to fan out a single reference clock to multiple downstream devices. It integrates a PLL core, programmable reference and feedback dividers, and delay adjustment to align multiple outputs. The device is packaged in a 64-lead CSP/LFCSP with an exposed pad (AD9510BCPZ), and is commonly described as a 2:8 clock buffer in a 64-pin package suitable for high-speed clock distribution. Analog Devices also offers an evaluation option via the EVAL-AD9510 PCBZ board to support development and testing of the clock topology.
