Description:

The Anderson Greenwood M65BVDS Instrument Manifold is a five-valve differential pressure manifold engineered for direct or remote mounting to differential pressure transmitters, and is rated to 6,000 psi at 200°F (414 barg) with a 4,000 psi rating at 500°F, aligning with the high-temperature performance expectations of many DP systems. Its configuration uses two block valves, one equalizer valve, and two vent/test valves to provide isolation, venting, and calibration access in a compact footprint suited for limited spaces in process plants. Built with a 316 stainless steel body and metal seats, it employs Teflon packing and an integral seat design for reliable sealing, and carries 1/2 in FNPT process connections and 1/2 in FNPT instrument connections to match standard DP transmitter hardware. As part of the Anderson Greenwood/MDP differential pressure manifold family, the M65BVDS supports MR0175-compliant service and is commonly used in instrumentation loops where calibration, isolation, and venting of differential pressure transmitters are required, enabling straightforward maintenance without dismantling the transmitter assembly.
