The Anderson-Negele FD2132282 Digital Reference Thermometer is a PMO‑compliant digital reference thermometer designed for pasteurizers and other sanitary processing equipment to verify pasteurization temperatures with high readability and traceability. It uses a 1/2‑inch LED display with 4 1/2 active digits, delivering 0.1°F resolution (0.01°C) in Fahrenheit mode, and can be panel- or wall‑mounted for flexible installation.
