Description:

Anderson-Negele NCS-L-11 200 PNP KF M12 Level Sensor is a hygienic capacitive point level sensor designed for food and beverage processing, delivering a 24 V DC PNP output (up to 50 mA) through an M12 connector and featuring a KF hygienic process connection for clean-in-place environments. The installation length (EL) can be set to 50, 100, 150, or 200 mm, enabling reliable level sensing in tall tanks or deep vessels with a maximum immersion depth of 200 mm. Standard process temperatures reach up to 100°C, with CIP/SIP capability at 143°C for 120 minutes and the heater deactivated under higher ambient temperatures, ensuring compatibility with demanding sanitizing cycles. The sensor head is built from stainless steel (1.4301/AISI 304) and the sensor tip from stainless steel (1.4305), with FDA-approved PEEK spacers and compatible internal materials, offering robust resistance to dairy, hygienic pharma, and other washdown applications. A status LED provides at‑a‑glance indication of the sensing state, and the compact M12 connection simplifies wiring in cleanroom and sanitary environments without compromising washdown integrity. The NCS-L-11 family is designed for liquids and pasty media, including foaming or viscous products, delivering reliable empty/low indication in process tanks, brewers, fermenters, dairy silos, and similar hygienic process lines, where precise, contactless capacitive sensing reduces fouling risk and maintenance needs while complying with CLEANadapt/ KF integration standards. This variant—NCS-L-11 200 PNP KF M12—combines extended immersion depth with a proven hygienic form factor and industry‑standard electrical and process connections for straightforward system integration.
