Anybus AB9006-B Modbus-TCP EtherNet IP Adapter

The Anybus X-Gateway AB9006-B Modbus-TCP Client to EtherNet/IP Adapter bridges a Modbus TCP device to an EtherNet/IP control system, with the Modbus side functioning as a Master/Client and the EtherNet/IP side presenting as an Adapter/Slave. It provides two RJ45 Ethernet ports supporting 10/100 Mbps and is DIN-rail mountable (EN 50022), with ODVA conformance and an available EDS file for Rockwell design tools. Modbus-TCP features include Master/Client mode, support for Modbus V1.1B, endian conversion (byte swap), LiveList, and a ControlStatus page for mapping Modbus registers to EtherNet/IP I/O. EtherNet/IP I/O data is configured as 256 bytes input and 256 bytes output. This gateway enables Modbus TCP devices such as sensors or actuators to be integrated into EtherNet/IP networks, linking disparate protocols without requiring device firmware changes.
