AnyLoad A2A-D2 Load Cell Signal Amplifier Module

The AnyLoad A2A-D2 Load Cell Amplifier is a rugged, DC-powered signal conditioner for strain-gage load cells that converts tiny bridge outputs into usable measurement signals. It can directly drive up to two 350 Ω load cells and, via a junction box, support larger configurations such as 4×350 Ω or 8×700 Ω (or 8×350 Ω through a junction box). The device accepts a bridge input range of 0 ± 36 mV and provides an output of 0–10 V or 4–20 mA, with excitation voltages selectable at 5 V DC or 12 V DC to match sensor requirements. The enclosure is a watertight aluminum cast housing with a preinstalled GORE breather vent and capacitive stainless steel screws, rated IP66 for harsh environments. It is powered from 24 V DC and specified for operating temperatures from -10 to 50 °C (14 to 122 °F). All strain-gage types are supported, and gain is adjustable via individual resistors to achieve precise scaling for your weighing or transducer applications.
