APG 30D-BH Harsh Environment Camera Enclosure

APG 30D-BH Harsh Environment Camera Enclosure is a 7.5-inch inline camera housing built from 304 stainless steel to resist dust, dirt, splashed water, and oil mist in harsh industrial settings. As part of the 30D Series, it supports more than 40 inline cameras and uses a 16-gauge 304 stainless steel enclosure cover with a 1/4-inch-thick 6061 aluminum base; it includes a glass viewport (with an option for acrylic), a PG29 cable gland, an EPDM foam base gasket, an air curtain viewport gasket, an air fitting, and a universal arm. The design allows adjusting the camera-to-viewport distance to accommodate long or wide-angle lenses and offers options for air cooling or an air curtain faceplate; all external fasteners are 18-8 stainless steel. When the viewport is sealed, the enclosure meets NEMA 12 protection standards.
