APG L7-AA Hazardous Location Camera Enclosure

The APG Vision L7-AA Hazardous Location Camera Enclosure is a rugged 316 stainless steel housing designed to protect Cognex 5000 cameras in harsh, hazardous environments. It features a 2.9-inch barrel, an overall length of 252 mm, silicone gaskets, and a PG29 cable gland, with an acrylic viewport by default (glass viewport available in some configurations) for reliable optical clarity. The enclosure is designed for vertical camera mounting and offers adjustable camera-to-viewer distance to accommodate long or wide-angle lenses, plus optional air cooling or an air curtain faceplate to manage heat and contamination. It meets IP68 protection with optional IP69K and provides NEMA 4X washdown compatibility, making it suitable for corrosive, washdown, and hazardous-location settings. Compatible with Cognex 5000 series cameras, the L7-AA delivers a durable, sealed housing that preserves imaging performance in demanding environments.
