Appleton's APP670FIG Form-IN-Place Conduit Body Cover With Integral Gasket is a 2-inch hub Form 7 cover designed for FM7 Unilet conduit outlet bodies. Cast in Grayloy-iron and finished with a triple-coat (zinc electroplate, chromate, epoxy powder coat), it delivers rugged durability in wet locations, plus captive pan-head screws and wedge-lok clips (FM7 only) to ensure secure seating and fast installation. The cover includes an integral gasket to seal the enclosure and is UL E2527, CSA 65183 listed with a NEMA 3R enclosure rating. For use with FM7 Unilet conduit outlet bodies and 2-inch hubs, it helps simplify installation and reduces inventory by combining cover and gasket into a single unit.
