Appleton CESD6034 Receptacle

Appleton CESD6034 is a factory-sealed, explosion-proof pin-and-sleeve receptacle with mounting box designed for hazardous locations. It is a 60 A, 125–250 V AC device configured as 4 poles and 3 wires (3-phase with ground), intended for surface-mount installation with a 1-1/4 in feed-thru hub and a pressure-wire terminal. The assembly uses copper-free aluminum for the receptacle and cover, paired with a malleable iron mounting box, and it features a ceramic burnished finish with a triple-coat (zinc electroplate, chromate, epoxy powder coat) on the mounting hardware. With a 5 HP rating at 125–250 VAC, the enclosure measures roughly 7.31 in wide by 11.88 in high by 6.88 in deep. It carries Class I, Division 1 and 2, Groups C and D listings, and UL 1010 (UL 1203), UL 894, UL 1682, and UL 1686 recognition, along with UL Listing E10784 and CSA C22 compliance.
