Appleton UNILETS AAGL-1PR prismatic glass globe is a cylindrical, explosionproof fixture globe designed to fit Appleton UNILETS A-51 factory-sealed luminaires and enclose 60–300 W incandescent lamps. The prismatic glass diffuser provides glare control while delivering bright, even illumination through a clear glass finish, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The globe measures 7.3 inches long by 7 inches wide by 6.1 inches high and accepts 60–300 W incandescent lamps, offering compatibility with a wide wattage range within a single component. It is specified for hazardous-location use with A‑51 sealed luminaires, supporting Class I Division 1 and 2 configurations as well as Class II Division 1 and 2 in appropriate groups, aligning with Appleton’s rugged, sealed-luminaire heritage.
