Appleton's APP470IGSA is a Form 7, 1-1/4 in hub conduit outlet-body cover for FM7 Unilet assemblies, cast from stamped aluminum with a natural finish and an integral gasket that eliminates the need for a separate seal. It uses captive pan-head screws for secure seating and, on FM7 configurations, wedge-lok clips to ensure a consistently tight fit, delivering a weather- and corrosion-resistant seal suitable for wet locations. The cover carries UL E2527 and CSA 65183 approvals and is compatible with NEMA 3R enclosures, designed to seal and cap FM7 conduit outlets while preserving wiring space for NEC 314.16(A) calculations. With a wiring capacity of up to 2 cu in per NEC 314.16(A), it is ideal for IMC/Rigid conduit runs where an FM7 conduit outlet body is used, offering a single-part Form-IN-Place coverage with gasket in place.
