Appleton Unilets LB125-M Type LB Conduit Outlet Body, Form 35, is a 1-1/4 in hub malleable iron conduit body designed to connect and bend or change direction of conduit runs in electrical installations. It features a back-opening, Form 35 LB style, with tapered female threaded hubs for 1-1/4 in conduit and a total internal capacity of 32.3 cubic inches to accommodate conductors and splices; the body measures about 8.19 inches long and 3.56 inches high. Crafted from malleable iron and finished with a triple-coat process (zinc electroplate, chromate, and epoxy powder coat) for corrosion resistance, the LB125-M accepts Form 35 covers and gaskets (sold separately) and is part of Emerson's Appleton line of UNILETS conduit outlet bodies. This Type LB arrangement is suitable for rigid or IMC conduits, and is used in electrical raceways where a direction change is needed in the run.
