Appleton ST-250 Malleable Iron Conduit Connector

Appleton ST-250 Straight Liquidtight Conduit Connector With Plain Throat, 2-1/2 in Trade Size, is a malleable-iron LFMC connector designed to terminate liquid-tight flexible conduit to enclosures. The body is triple-coated (zinc electroplate, chromate conversion, epoxy powder coat) and uses a threaded X compression connection with a steel compression nut. The plain throat design provides a metal-to-metal seal, aided by a long ferrule that improves thread engagement and helps achieve a reliable ground path. A polypropylene sealing ring with locknut is standard for robust sealing in wet locations. This ST-250 is UL 514B and CSA C22.2 listed for LFMC use and is applicable in Class I, Division 2 environments; the connector measures about 3.38 in long by 3.94 in tall, offering a compact profile with a small turning radius for tight installations.
