Appleton UNF400R NSB is a 4-inch trade-size expansion female union for rigid metal conduit (RMC) or IMC, designed to permit removal of equipment and accommodate thermal expansion in conduit runs. Ends are 4 in FNPT x 4 in FNPT for conduit-to-conduit connections, with an outside diameter of 6.44 in and a length of 3-1/2 in. Fabricated from malleable iron and finished with zinc electroplate, chromate, and epoxy powder coat for durability in harsh environments. UL 886 (1203) listed with UL File E10444 and rated for hazardous locations (Class I, Division 1 and 2; Class II, Division 1 and 2; Class III).
