Applied Motion's ST10-S DC Step Motor Driver is a compact, DC-powered microstepping drive that controls a two-phase bipolar stepper motor from a 24–80 VDC supply. It can deliver up to 10 A per phase (peak-of-sine), enabling strong torque at speed while maintaining smooth motion through microstepping with emulation for lower-resolution step inputs. The ST10-S is configured and tuned with Applied Motion’s ST Configurator software, which lets you set motor current, microstep resolution, and acceleration/deceleration ramps to match the motor and load. It includes three digital inputs for direct logic-level signaling and straightforward integration with a host controller, PLC, or automation system.
