APTECH AP3540SM Stainless Steel Diaphragm Valve

APTech AP3540SM stainless steel, springless diaphragm valve delivers precise gas control in ultra-high-purity process systems. The body is constructed from 316L stainless steel (with Ni-Cr-Mo alloy options in some configurations) and uses a PCTFE seat to promote tight shutoff in clean gas lines. It has a Cv of 0.29 and offers 1/4" or 3/8" porting with either 1/4" face-seal or tube-stub connections, enabling compact, retrofit-friendly installations. Operating pressure is rated to 145 psi (10 bar), making it suitable for low-to-moderate gas pressures in high-purity applications. A replaceable seat and options for process-safety accessories such as lockout/tagout (LOTO) and monitoring switches support long service life and compliance in critical environments; surface finishes up to 15 Ra max are available to meet cleanliness requirements. Typical uses include semiconductor process gas delivery, high-purity gas lines in pharma/biotech facilities, and other controlled-gas systems where reliable, bubble-free shutoff is essential.
