APV SPX SI2-25H Right Angle Safety Relief Valve

APV SPX SI2-25H Right Angle Safety Relief Valve is a spring-loaded, full-stroke safety valve engineered to protect tanks and process lines from excessive pressure in hygienic, CIP-capable systems. The SI2-25H variant features a right-angle body with a side connection of 50 mm and a bottom connection of 25 mm (12FN1B), designed to fit nominal DN 25 piping while remaining within the SI2 family’s DN 25–100 range. It supports pneumatic or manual operation, including a pneumatic seat-lifting device that enables proximity switch feedback for position monitoring. The valve is designed for hygienic service, with smooth internal surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm) to aid CIP and cleanability. TÜV-type-tested and capable of full-stroke operation, it ensures operating pressure does not exceed the set point by more than 10%, providing reliable overpressure protection.
