Arista CCS-720XP-48ZC2-F is a 1U campus PoE leaf switch designed for Arista’s Cognitive Campus, combining 48 PoE-capable copper ports with high-speed uplinks for scalable edge access and distribution. It provides 40 ports delivering up to 2.5 Gbps PoE and 8 ports delivering up to 5 Gbps PoE, enabling multi-gig access to IP phones, cameras, and wireless APs while delivering up to 60W per PoE port. The switch offers 4 x 25G and 2 x 100G uplinks to connect to aggregation and core fabric, all in a compact front-to-back airflow chassis powered by dual 1050W AC power supplies for redundancy.
