Armstrong B1674-2 PRESSCHNGASSMB W/7/8" ORIF is a pressure change assembly kit for Armstrong inverted bucket steam traps, specifically models 216, 316, and 816. This PCA attaches as the replacement lever-and-seat mechanism that sits on the bucket to control opening and closing as steam is present. The kit features a 7/8" orifice and a listed operating pressure of 25 pounds, enabling reliable response to pressure differentials in medium-pressure steam systems. When installed on 216, 316, or 816 traps, it ensures the bucket remains seated when steam is present and releases condensate as the trap’s pressure conditions change.
