Armstrong International CD33 Steam Trap 3/4NPT

Armstrong CD-33 Series Disc Steam Trap, 3/4" NPT, is a controlled-disc steam trap designed to vent condensate from large steam mains, process equipment, and HVAC heating equipment operating under constant pressure while minimizing live steam loss. The 3/4" NPT connection version is rated for vessel-design pressures up to 915 psig (63 bar) at 752°F (400°C) and supports a practical operating range from 3.5 psig (0.24 bar) to 600 psig (41 bar) at temperatures up to about 486°F (252°C). Its disc mechanism provides steady cycling and extended service life in high-flow drip service. For maintenance, this size includes a 1/4" NPT blowdown connection, and the trap weight is around 2.5 lb (1.1 kg). The CD-33 family is widely used on large steam mains where reliable condensate removal is critical to system performance and energy efficiency.
