Armstrong International, Inc. C581D 213 Steam Trap

Armstrong C581D 213 is a 200 Series inverted bucket steam trap designed for vertical installation in general steam services. It handles up to 20,000 lb/hr of condensate and is rated to 250 psig at 450°F (232°C). The cast iron body (ASTM A48 Class 30) uses screwed NPT connections in sizes 1/2", 3/4", and 1" to match typical piping, and it features a top discharge orifice, continuous air venting at steam temperature, and a free-floating stainless steel mechanism for reliable condensate drainage. This model is commonly used on steam mains, condensate return lines, heat exchangers, and other general steam circuits, offering straightforward maintenance and robust performance in demanding industrial environments.
