Armstrong TVS4000 Stainless Steel Steam Trap Valve

Armstrong TVS-4000 Stainless Steel Trap Valve Station combines two piston-style isolation valves, a test valve, and an integral stainless steel strainer with blowdown into a single, compact package for 3/4" NPT inlet/outlet connections (the series also offers 1/2" options). The stainless steel TVS-4000 is adaptable to any manufacturer’s two-bolt steam trap and piping configuration, and uses Armstrong’s connector to be compatible with inverted bucket, disc, thermostatic, thermostatic wafer, bimetallic, and float-and-thermostatic traps, as well as two-bolt traps from other manufacturers. It includes inline maintenance features—a blowdown-capable strainer and a test valve—and carries a three-year guarantee from Armstrong. By consolidating multiple functions into one assembly, it simplifies installation and maintenance in steam-trapping systems while reducing potential leak points.
