ARO 104104-F01 Inline Pneumatic Flow Control Valve

ARO 104104-F01 is an inline pneumatic flow-control valve that lets you increase or decrease airflow in one direction while allowing free flow in the opposite direction. The 1/8" NPT inline model uses a tough, corrosion-resistant composite body and is rated for up to 200 psi inlet pressure, with a flow capacity of up to 18 scfm. Its four-stage, tapered-needle design provides infinite adjustment settings for precise control of actuator speed and pneumatic cycles. A color-coded micrometer-style adjustment knob with a calibrated scale supports repeatable settings, and the red locking ring secures the selected position to prevent tampering. The unit also ships with a tamper-resistant wire in the package, and the ports are threaded to enable easy remote panel mounting in compact automation enclosures. This configuration makes it well-suited for precise speed control of cylinders and other pneumatic actuators in manufacturing lines, robotics fixtures, and automation test rigs.
